1. Introduction

3. How We Collect Your Data
We use different methods to collect data from and about you, primarily through direct interactions. You may give us your identity, email, and contact details by filling out our online forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email, or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide when you:
- request access to a Teamscape assessment or purchase our products and services;
- participate in free or paid events;
- subscribe to our email list or receive publications;
- request marketing to be sent to you;
- give us feedback; or
- contact us.
4. What Information We Collect
We receive, collect, and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. When you conduct a transaction on our website, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons for which you provide it to us (such as receiving our newsletter, registering for events, or contacting us about our services).
We may also use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
5. Why We Collect Your Data
We collect non-personal and personal information for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate our services;
- To provide our users with ongoing assistance and updates regarding news and events;
- To contact our visitors and users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
- To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated or inferred non-personal information, which we may use to provide and improve our services;
- To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.
6. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data based on the following legal grounds:
- Consent: When you have given explicit consent for specific purposes.
- Contract: When processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.
- Legal Obligation: When we are required to comply with legal obligations.
- Legitimate Interests: When processing is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided that your rights do not override these interests.
7. Assessment Data
Teamscape is an assessment and diagnostic tool. When you or your team complete a Teamscape assessment, we collect and process the following types of data:
- Assessment responses: Your answers to the questions that produce your position on the Teamscape grid across the four dimensions (Interaction, Engaging Resources, Decision Making, Sense Making).
- Identifying information: Your name, email address, and — where applicable — your team or organization, so we can return your results and connect them to a team view.
- Aggregated team data: When you participate as part of a team, your individual results contribute to a team-level view that your facilitator and team members may see.
Assessment responses are used to generate your individual and team results and to support the facilitated conversations that follow. We do not sell assessment data to third parties. Where a facilitator, coach, or sponsoring organization commissions the assessment, your data may be shared with them in the form agreed at the start of the engagement — typically your individual report and the aggregated team view. You will be informed of this in advance.
We may use anonymized and aggregated assessment data — stripped of any information that could identify you or your team — to improve the Teamscape model and to produce research insights.
8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data in the following cases:
- Service providers: Third parties that are essential to the provision of our services, such as our hosting platform and the administration of third-party assessment tools. We will inform you of instances where this is the case and you have the explicit opportunity to opt out of such usage.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose your data to comply with legal obligations or in response to lawful requests from public authorities.
9. Data Hosting and Security
Our website is hosted on the Kajabi platform. Kajabi provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Kajabi's data storage, databases, and the general Kajabi applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Your data will not be sold to third parties.
All direct payment gateways offered by Kajabi and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council — a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
10. Contact Form
You are welcome to reach us via our contact form. To use it, we need the data marked as mandatory. We process this data based on Art. 6 (1) (1f) GDPR to respond to your request. You can also choose to provide further information voluntarily; this is not required to contact us. We process voluntary details on the basis of your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (1a) GDPR. Your data will only be processed to answer your request, and we will delete it once it is no longer required and there are no legal obligations to retain it.
Where your data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (1f) GDPR, you can object to the processing at any time. You can also revoke your consent to the processing of your voluntarily stated information at any time. To do so, please use the email address provided under "Asserting Your Rights".
11. Communication
We may contact you regarding your account, to troubleshoot issues, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys, to send updates about Teamscape, or as otherwise necessary to enforce our user agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes, we may contact you via email.
12. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
13. Your Rights as a Data Subject
When we process your personal data, the GDPR grants you the following rights:
- Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You have the right to confirmation as to whether personal data concerning you is being processed; if so, you have the right to be informed of this personal data and to receive the information specified in Art. 15 GDPR.
- Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You have the right to rectification of inaccurate personal data and, taking into account the purposes of the processing, the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of a supplementary statement, without delay.
- Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay if one of the reasons listed in Art. 17 GDPR applies.
- Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You have the right to request the restriction of processing if one of the conditions listed in Art. 18 GDPR is met — for example, if you have objected to the processing, for the duration of our examination.
- Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): In certain cases listed in Art. 20 GDPR, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or to request that this data be transferred to a third party.
- Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7 GDPR): If processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time in accordance with Art. 7 (3) GDPR. The withdrawal is only effective going forward; processing that took place before the withdrawal is not affected.
- Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): If data is collected on the basis of Art. 6 (1) 1 f GDPR (legitimate interests) or Art. 6 (1) 1 e GDPR (public interest or official authority), you have the right to object to the processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the personal data unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or if the data is still needed for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
- Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR): You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection regulations. This right may be asserted in particular with a supervisory authority in the Member State of your habitual residence, your place of work, or the place of the suspected infringement.
14. Asserting Your Rights

If we make material changes, we will note it here so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we use or disclose it.
